Reads and concatenates ERA data from a list of paths, based on specific forecast dates.
- Parameters:
pathlst (list): List of file paths to read datasets from. nID (str): Model identifier for accessing metadata (model_dict). fc_dates (list): List of forecast dates to slice the datasets. varname (str or list): Variable(s) to extract from the datasets.
- Returns:
xarray.Dataset: Concatenated dataset containing the selected variables and slices.
